I close the account but it reflects as active on my credit score

I took cellphone contract with vodacom in 2017 and 2018 I requested the settlement amount, which they did send me and I settled the whole amount but even today is 07 April 2021 they are still showing on my credit report saying the account is active.

I have send them emails requesting them to update the information but nothing is happening. Please update your system and close the account bcz it cannot reflect that am paying R412
