I cant Get through to the vodacom call center

I have tried to contact vodacome on several occasions regarding the poor service ive been getting from Vodacom. Ive been with the service provider for over 13 years and this is the worst ever service ever.

I regularly buy whatsapp tickets and Social bundle tickets which never work and each time I try and contact the call center for them to assist and reset my number in order for the bundle to work I get no assitance I was told that my number is on contract and that I would have to be put through to the contracts division for further assistance. my number was previously on contract but its been converted to prepaid this is unacceptable.

I can no longer even call the call center because apparently I've exhausted the number of times I can call into the call center for them to resolve the endless data struggles I have. How else am I supposed to communicate and use service that I have paid for I am up to here (imagine my hand by the side of my neck) I am livid and I demand this to be rectified. I have tried to be a very accomodating and understanding customer this is my last resort and I hope my call will be returned as sson as this is read. please contact me on ***. I will keep giving your company 1 star every day every hour if this isnt resolved this in not on guys. its far from cool. My girlfriend is soon going to start to think I'm lying each time i tell her that my phone was off because it had no network. will you guys give me a new girlfriend? NO you wont. please fix this with the quickness.
