I can't believe this!!!!

I bought Body Glove earphones from Vodacom (at the Sanlam Head Office) in Bellville, Cape Town on the 29th March 2018 for R199 and they only worked for a month or so. I then took time off work in order to take these back so they can remedy the situation, that was Monday 14th May 2018 and I was told that they were out of stock and their driver would bring stock by Wed the latest. The promised Wednesday came and I, again took time off my working hours, to go to Vodacom only to be told that I should come back in a few hours. Like clockwork I came at the promised time again was fed the same story about the driver being late and that the cashier has called them so they should be there within an hour or so. After my working day I went there but was again made a fool off and fed this line that was beginning to sound like a lie to me, just a way to get rid of me. All this time I kept coming back and was given the same explaination without a sign of empathy or being treated like someone who was sold an item that doesn't properly work. Today, Thursday morning, I went there hoping that at least there would be change, only to be met by the cashier with the same excuse and she didn't even have the decency of talking to me like a customer, apologize or whatever way you are supposed to do at that moment but she, while chewing gum and looking at her phone as if I came to beg for something, fed me the same line then ignored me as if to tell me to "deal with it"!!!

Not only the service was pathetic but all this time I sacrificed to remedy a situation that is entirely not my fault, I will never get back. I want vodacom to fix this as I do not even want those earphones anymore, how am I supposed to trust these brands (Vodacom and Body Glove) after this experience.

And so I finally received my "new pair" of earphones on the 24/05/2018 and on the 20/06/2018 I am experiencing the same problem. I am now under the suspicion that Body Glove, as the manufacturer, is to be held responsible for this as Vodacom doesn't make these products. However I bought it from them and because of that I am holding them liable for what is happening. I am no longer interested in having another pair of these, obviously should be taken off the shelves, earphones anymore. I want my money refunded with immediate effect and I will not, like the last time, drive up and down to have this resolved as I am the inconvenienced person yet last time I had to spend time making this right, no one refunds my petrol.
