I cannot watch any channel display nothing on why

On Wednesday i tried to view dstv Mobile streaming channels via Vodafone live nothing displays but i can hear sound.Sometimes it makes my phone jam, i have to restart the phone.I can watch those downloaded videos but I'm still not happy about the services it makes me furious because i paid subscription of R19 per week.The other thing i called call centre of Vodacom they referred me to dstv, don't know what to do now. With the channels nothing my money is flushed. Please help urgent, the subscription will expire six days to go.thanks
