I cannot View my invoices; I have also been informed my contract randomly went up over 10%.

The reference number is 1- ********** ********** 7 Invoice Number: H3-8HVXE dated 1st June 2018. My agreed legal contract of R299 (inc VAT @14%), and R308 with Caller ID. Has now shot up to R356.83.

It doesn't matter if Vodacom now offer more Data or whatever. I never contractually agreed to it. VAT may be a legal increase; increase your tariff for a package can only apply to future Vodacom clients. Not present, unless offered and the contract is re-issued.

I had enough of companies doing random things for quick profits. The government is already doing that; so I am calling it quits. This will become a legal issue if Vodacom can't sort out their greed issues on my account.

I want my agreed and capped R299 (up to R311 with 15% VAT and Caller ID) for 24 months. This issues started when I logged into Vodacom and realized that I cannot view any of my invoices anymore. It states i have an MAH account. I been using Vodacom online for years.

You guys are pressing the self destruct button. I lost over R500 of top up airtime on my old contract that just expired, cause you guys insisted you cant move it to my other Vodacom contract top up sim. I excepted that. Super greedy none the less.

Hi Vodacom & DL I got 2 responses. 1. Invoice via email. - I am referring to my Vodacom Online Profile; not email. I made that clear. You guys never addressed that. Why? I have an MaH account. Why is it not being fixed. How is the solution to forget that and only check my emails from now on? Please read my complaint before providing solutions. It comes across as you never read what I said. 2. I was sent a link to Vodacom's pricing. It speaks only about VAT incresse. It doesn't say why pricing was changed. VAT is not a contracts price. Its only app**** to the overall price. I am saying the default price changed without my consent! I have seen this link before you sent it to me. It answers nothing. I want you guys to charge me what we agreed on. My invoices Jan, Feb, March all prove I paid less than my upcoming invoices. R40+ less. So please. VAT is 1% increase. 1% of R4000 is R40. My Contract is R300. Lets address facts. That was a poor, lazy lazy response at a solution. How does that solve the 2 major issues I just complained about? Very off putting. Vodacom is going to change my contract back to R299 p/m excluding VAT. End of discussion. If you must contact me, my number is available. I am available after 2pm today. Thank You

Spoke to a Team Leader Clive (i called). Today. 1- ********** ********** Was told they cannot explain the increase. They agree a 1% increase (even on VAT individual increase charges, for package, Caller ID, and so on) does not amount to the R40+ increase on my upcoming invoice. My invoice has a 15% increase overall. That means VAT raised from 14% to 29%? I was advised i can email your complaints department whom will provide feedback after the weekend. But I will await your feedback (call back) You guys effectively altered your Smart Top up S+ package to now include more data. That's the fact. Which means you could of give me 1000 more MB of data and charge me R500 more if you wanted. Also means I can put side on R200 for your payment. My point is legally we can't just do as we please. This effects my bank and the overdrafts functions. I have not budgeted for Vodacom's actions. Fix it....

update June 2018: Vodacom including managers and staff have kept quiet and simply charged me " *******ly " the increased amount. Everybody just acted stupid (played dumb). Looks like that will be the case moving forward. Will cancel my Vodacom contract asap. Poor service from management; you guys need to get employed by Pep stores as a security guard. Vodacom employees have the same s****s as a Ninja Turtle. Cool in theory - but not real... might as well phone MTN to deal with Vodacom queries; they probably still do a better job.
