I cannot use my talking points earned!

<p>I am on a top-up contrac, with Vodacom, every month, after I have used my free minutes I must buy airtime upfront. Every time I buy airtime I get an SMS to inform me of the talking points I have earned because of my airtime purchase. I have noticed that I do not have an option to use my talking points on *111#. I phoned Vodacom customer services and spoke to a Nicholette who informed that I cannot use my talking points because I am on a contract. How absurd! I buy airtime upfront just like a prepaid customer, why do I earn talking points and I cannot use them? </p>
