I can not receive or send sms's

I can not send or receive sms's for the past 6 or so months. After visiting Vodacom shops more than 7 times during the past 6 months, they keep on telling me to simply synchronize every day. Currently I can not do internet banking since I can not get sms's. This is causing me to loose out on opportunities since I am self employed and need to be able to recieve and send sms's. I went to JayDee and Amanda at Vodacom Menlyn Pretoria on 12 Feb 2018 and personally explained my frustration with this situation. JayDee and Amanda sychronized my phone and it worked once ( in the shop). An hour later I again could not send sms's and today I also do not recieve sms's or even some phone calls.

This is very frustrating and I begged them to please cancel my contract so I can go to someone else and keep my number. Since they can not provide me with a service that I am forced to pay for and have been paying diligently, I think they should assist me with cancelling without any penalties payable. They refused.

I am considering legal action against this company as I feel that they have not solved my problem in 6 months and keep on passing the buck, not admitting that their systems not functioning 100%.

Reviewer Update
Here is the update 3 weeks later. I can now send SMS's about 80% of the time. I can not send MMS's at all - not even one.... This is only the last few emails of 41 emails during 2 weeks to Sheryl Moodly at Vodacom. Sheryl, I have proceeded with the newspapers re this problem. After emailing you 41 times to show proof of MMS's and sometimes SMS's not being sent, I honestly feel that you do not intent to resolve my problems. You are simply asking me more and more irrelevant questions in order to stall your support service to me. I have asked the newspapers to contact you for your final written answer since you show no attempt to answer me. I have emailed you more than 15 screen shots of MMS's not delivered and you simply come back week after week with another question or request another action from me. I want to know: 1. Why can I not send MMS's? 2. The reference number and date that you escalated my problem to technical support. I want technical support to email me the resolve within 48 hours. What solution can you offer me? Our deadline was yesterday. Please reply to Beeld newspaper with your final findings. As previous stated I took the iPhone to Brooklyn IPhone ship and they confirmed that all the settings are correct and that my phone is 100% operational. I have already emailed you the contact details of who I spoke to.
