I bought products on vodacom Voda bucks shop and and paid R607 afterwards vodacom canceled my order without informing me

I bought products on vodacom Voda bucks shop and and paid R607 afterwards vodacom canceled my order without informing me. I contacted them via their Facebook page to find out what was happening without any help. After many times of trying to get feedback about whether they will refund me or not they said they will refund me.. Its been a month now no feedback. Everytime i contact them via their Facebook page they tell me i must be patient they will revert back to me with feedback while they took my money they are not a trustworthy company and i advise people not to buy from their vodabucks store because should they experience a problem with their order and it gets canceled Vodacom will drag their feet when it comes to refunding their money. So please avoid buying from vodacom even today over a month since they took my money they still have not refunded me
