I bought one of their promotion data and it was not working

I bought one of their promotion data and it was not working. So I called vodacom and their consultant told me they advice us not to buy promotional data cause it is not working at all. I asked why then thy put it out there if it's not working and they know that it doesn't work, she said system is not updated. Vidacom is misleading people or client that is called a **** they must stop it 🛑 really we don't have time to keep calling them to refund us every now and then.
