I bought data of 1Gg for R149 but never received it. received it.

Hi On the 30th November 2017 i bought data but never receive it. I have a proof from my bank and sms to support this quiry. Vodacom say they don't see any purchase on the date mention but bank confirmed the purchase. I called vodacom customer care for assistance but they are taking me up and down, that i must go to vodacom branch they said they can't help because is not their transaction in the store. There was a call logged that they will call me in 2 day but no one came back to me.
