I am very very Disgusted with vodacom once again!!

Tomorrow 18/11/2015 it is my Fiances Birthday, i went online, chat with 2 people, they phoned me, i wanted to take out 2 new additional contracts, when they access my account they say it cant that was on monday, tuesday i went on the chat thing again and the second lady phoned me, she couldnt access my account aswell, she then told me no i have to go to a shop, i tooked off at work and went because i need the phones, i came their later the same story, they told me my account is not working but im sitting with my phone in my hand, the system said my stuff is deleted!! but still im sitting with that number in my hand working using it. They phoned someone at vodacom but how useless and time wasting was that aswell. i went to the second store in the mall and their is the same story, why do i have such bad service **** luck with vodacom? do they just dont want customers? Theirs not even a sales person at vodacom that can give a beter deal on 2 note 5 for a customer, but still if you go to others shop they are always trying giving customers the best deals, why cant vodacom?? i am very very disgusted once again with the **** service from vodacom!!!! i wont suggest it to anyone!!!!
