I am very frustrated on the lack of assistance and lack of delivery

I bought a phone using their website as a guest on 27 May 2023. The phone was supposed to be delivered on the 26th of May but nothing is still delivered even today. When I traced the order number on Friday, the order was sent back but when I traced the order today they say the vehicle was hijacked. I am very frustrated as is because I have not received any help except from Audrey, who has been great help.

I have not received my phone and I urgently need it.
