I am trying to buy a phone

So I had a contract with mtn. I want to switch to vodacom and get a new contract. For the last 2 MONTHS they have had a deal with the Sony Xperia z3 and smartband watch. The branch in somerset west mall said they would order a black xperia and the smartband and contact me...someone took my details and said they would call back...this was 2 and a half weeks ago. I went to cape town waterfront and said they do not have stock and cannot give me the contract....no detail taking...but simply \no". Went to swellendam branch where they told me \""dont get the xperia it has bad battery\"" (the phone being advertiandas having UNPRECIDENTED battery life in the official vodacom booklet) they dont have the smartband.... I reiterate that the deal for that phone and smartband was RENEWED in may....over from april...this means there is stock available to be ordered. Now I am still sitting with mtn prepaid...and a phone that is starting to malfunction.... something strange is going on that all places are refusing that specific deal."""
