I am sick and tired of Vodacom's non existent service

I have been struggling 10 years to get my surname changed at Vodacom. It has never been an issue when getting my phone upgrades until this year.

I upgraded both my accounts in June and the first phone RAM refused to deliver becausr my surname on my ID differs from Vodacom's system. It took a week of fighting with Vodacom and I eventually came to HelloPeter and the next day my phone was delivered and they confirmed that my surname has been fixed...

Now it's been another three weeks trying to get my second phone from RAM, because *BIG SURPRISE* my surname still hasn't been corrected on their system.

I tried not to run to HelloPeter, but it seems nothing else helps... If I don't have my phone by Monday, I will have to cancel, because calling customer care, upgrades, after sales and even cancellations departments every single day is costing me money (my time is valuable)

I am at a point where I will ve invoicing Vodacom for the time spent trying to sort THEIR internal issues out.

Ido not care about your internal issues and why you think you are Home Affairs to try and tell me it's because I got divorced and therefore my ****en name is the correct name...that's not how it works, you have to pay to change your name back at Home Affairs.

Vodacom is not at liberty to decide this and it is against POPIA regulations.
