I am paying for nothing

I bought a vodacom phone from game on the 26/01/2015 but the phone never worked properly.I took it to vodacom repair centre where the lcd was changed but it still never worked.I took it back again for more repairs were an upgrade was done on the phone but it still never worked. They then took for higher repair centre.My point is I never used this phone since I bought it because it is always at their repairs.it's not even a month old but it already been fixed 3 times.so I demand a new phone because this one never worked at first. But they are refusing to get me a new phone.
