I am on a credit bearue without my knowlegde

Hello Peter, Vodacom is putting my life on standstill, my life is a mess due to Vodacom. I was told my Contracts accounts had been cancelled because there was some ***** involved in 2013, and I don't owe them anything. Even if I go to their stores the system show nothing. Today I found out I'm listed under credit beareu and I'm owing a huge amount of money. How can they list me, without nofifying me I owe money, no arrangements made, no letters or calls made to let me know about this situation. I had no idea I owe them
