I am not your client

I reported the *****ulent debit order against my account. It looks like I am being charged for a contract that I do not have with Vodacom. I formally reported to the Vodacom ***** Unit on 03 May 2023 and completed the form. The reference number was issued, and it promised to be contacted within 7 to 14 days. My account has been debited up until now without Vodacom bothering to contact me.
