I am NOT in arrears

I took out a NEW contract at Makro and was advised that I had to pay R105 for the SIM card and Vodacom will deduct the amount of R97 for the connection fee. I asked if I could pay the full total of R202 and was told not to and to wait for the deduction. The deduction thereof never happened and suddenly I am told I am in an arrears of R111.51 if I do not pay certain service would be suspended. What the hell????How can you keep me liable for something you did not do... I am thrown from one department to the next... I am trying to resolve this issue and will stand where I will not pay more than the R97 which I owe... When services starts sucking big time and we as the 'loyal' customers are continuously thrown under the bus...<br> This is not the first time there has been a confusion, this time around they thought it was an upgrade...

So after being advised that everything has been sorted it was still left unresolved. I later found out that the Manager had to leave a note on my profile to not be charged a premature cancellation fee, but this has not happened and now Vodacom wants to charge me an additional R182.78, when they have not et reimbursed my connection fee of R111.51 and debit order of R99.00 which they deducted last month... I have been e-mailing their escalation department on the reference number initially issued and nothing has happened, no reply no call... But Vodacom has developed an attitude against their customers who seems to query any strange activity on their accounts... I have even placed a stop order on my account to avoid them making unnecessary large debit orders off my account until resolution has taken place, but this has not happened. I have never had any of these issues with the other network providers.... Seriously is there anyone in Vodacom who actually wants to help me?????
