i am not happy about the dismal service from a walk in Vodacom House

Good Day I am based in the eastern Cape in EastLondon in Beria where i was given a ****** service By the it guy "they say He is " to the customer service agent "white lady" and then finished off by the store Manager who questioned my complaint and literally made me look Stupid , i walked in senetised and wrote my details 'its not the firs time i got a 100 service last time from Babalwa Mnqanqeni and today as i was sitting down no one to assist i could hear voices at the back a guy came in and the so called it guy sold him a cable even marketed two cables to him when i saw that he is helping him i got up hence i was on lunch i asked him to assist from the way he pulled his face i quote "i dont sell" and left me then i questioned him of the transaction he just made actually a sale ,the came a young White lady and she gave it to me as if i was some child of hers and i asked for the manager she called her i could hear them talking then came a lady "white " with that attitude 'WHAT DO YOU WANT" i told her and asked for the Manager again i could hear them talking and i waited for a few good minutes she finally came and from the word go she was dik of me i had to explain my explanation to her and ,she did not see anything wrong i asked is it because im a young Black man cause the other customer service lady she had a white lady she was smiling and even talking to her child "of the customer" i left there dragging my self wanted to cry and i was with my partner that was not gud not at i cant believe this day en age we still have these kinda issues but why that shop is white dominated where are the black people it should be 50/50 for such times like today the Store manager should step down and get a young vibrant soul i know this i am in a customer service field i deal with people every day customer service must be the same to all customers
