I am leaving VODACOM because of Elite Mobile!!!!

I have had enough with Vodacom and their Elite Mobile. I had asked them to remove my details from their data base so this time they called and said they are Vodacom. After choosing packages to pay cheaper on my contracts next thing I see I have new packages that will cost me close to R2000 more per month. They are absolutely dishonest and a disgrace to Vodacom. The only way I found out it was them is after calling Vodacom to fix the mistake they tell me I need to call Elite Mobile because the migration was done by them.

This is not the 1st time. The unwanted calls still continue so I am finally moving my business to MTN when these contracts lapse. I cannot be continuously treated like this by choice. Good Bye VODACOM nearly 20 years!!!
