I am going to be debited for a device i do not have.
My name is Fulufhelo Ravele, My ID number is ********** 716080. I am a Vodacom customer for more than 10 years. Each time i have to do an upgrade i have to go through such nightmares.
I recently up graded is September and in November and its a whole lot of a mess that no one can explain to me. For the past week i have been calling Vodacom and they close logs without getting back to me.
My first number ********** 949 was upgraded in Sepember, i was receiving 2gig and upgraded to a samsung J1, 220 airtime and 2 gig and i was told it will me R188, but for the next three months it will be R208 cos it included the previous device . That was fine until now im told the invoice is not for five hundred and something and no one can tell me why.
The next number i upgraded was ********** 886, it was a tablet that was receiving 2gig, when i upgraded i changed to IphoneXR and Iwatch ( which i haven't received the watch and its a month later), i was told it will be around 1300 then insurance of the iphone will be 255 then i said i will take the insurance only after the watch is delivered. To my surprise before i accepeted the insurance i get an sms that your device is insured and its under a wrong number, they replaced the tablet insurance with the iphone, i called and i sure they just messed it up more.
Now i get told me subscription for December is 2650 and how it got to that no one can tell me. Its been over a month im told the watch is in back order and i tried to cancel the deal and they told me i cannot cancel the deal. how can they sell something they do not have and they are now going to debit me for something i do not have.
if they cant deliver this watch i want to cancel the whole deal, its more than a month and the invoice is going to debit me yet i dont have the watch, yet im debited amounts no one can explain.
Each upgrade i have to go through the same thing, and it seems you do this because you know we are into contacts we cant get out of so easy.
