I am glad I am leaving this terrible service

I got to vodacare at the centurion mall to do a sim swap, I did not expect to wait for 30 min without being assisted, what is worse the people who were supposed to assist me were standing in a group at the door way. I wonder if it makes any profit with such lack of professionalism. I waved at one of the staff to assist, he just looked at me as if I did not exist and went on wasting company time. To think that I was with vodacom for so long, I am shocked and annoyed. Atleast at vodacom still at the mall they are more effecient.
