I am finding a way to sue today still.

This fight has gone on too long now. I am sick to the bone about this. I had 2 contracts with Vodacom now only 1. I had my first one which I upgraded exactly in December 2014. I also took out a second contract the same day. Early in 2015 about April, my accounts were suspended. I rectified everything and also paid back the money owed.

After this, my contracts ending dates were set completely wrong. My first contract end date shows October 2017 and My second one February 2017.

This is completely wrong. What this means is that I am paying for a cell phone and contract which has already been paid up complete, I am paying 34 months for a 24-month contract and I had to pay 27 Months on the other one.

You see where I'm getting here. This amount adds up to over R10000 that I'm paying more than the initial contract amount.

My contract dates were supposed to be as follow. My main number ending in February 2017 as it 2 months early upgrades. And my second number December 2016.

Vodacom tells me My contracts were taken out on October 2015 and not December 2014. They threaten me with legal action but let's play their game. You are being threatened with legal action for damages caused to me and my financial record.

Ok So this is Vodacom's idea of contacting me.
I heard nothing until Saturday 08/07/2017 when my phone rang and I answered. I could hear people speaking in the background and the phone went dead. I answered within 3 seconds of my phone ringing cause I had it in my hand at the time.
Then my other number rings 3 times and stops before it can be taken out of the bag by the same number.
Today I received the following nice message and my phone gets suspended.
Your Collections Outgoing Calls Bar has been activated. To view balances, buy bundles & save dial *111# or visit vodacom.mobi.
I want this contract cancelled now! I owe Vodacom nothing! I say again. My phone contract was taken out in December 2014! its now July 2017. You will not receive payment from me...

Dear Customer
We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your posting has reached us.
The terms of agreement is true and correct on the account.
Cell number ********** was activated in 16/12/2014 then ran it's term and unfortunately fell into arrears and was suspended.
We then resumed billing on the account after 2 months of being suspended , we then had to add those dormant two months to the contract term hence the line was not expiring in 16/12/2016 but 16/02/2017.
Same thing also happened to cell number **********initially taken out in 07/08/2013 upgrade done in 2015 and is attached , the line also got deactivated due to arrears and was resumed after two months.
The term here was then supposed to be 08/2017 but had to add the dormant months hence now is 06/10/2017.
The term hereby confirmed as true and correct.

The above is Vodacoms idiotic reply from a no-reply email address which means I cannot reply to this mail.
Dear valued Service Provider
Please check your accounts before making such idiotic statements. So what this means is that even before I re-activated my accounts I had already caught up with the arrears including penalties***. You then still want more?
I think this is kinda *******, don't you? You cannot add 10 months on a contract that was suspended for 2 months and all arrears fees up to the last cent have been paid.
Please first check your facts before coming up with stupid replies like the one above. Best of all your mail is a no-reply so you do not allow me to argue my case.
So with regards to my reply please see the following as "True and correct according to Vodacom".
Step 1
Sign 24 month contract
Step 2
Go through a bad patch and fall behind
Step 3
I pay all arrears including lots of penalties over R14000 or something, I'll check my statements.
Step 4
Pay Reactivation fees
Step 5
Struggle to get phones reactivated but eventually win.
Step 6
Pay without missing a beat for the remainder of the contract
Step 7
Vodacom decides They want me to pay an extra 10 months for 2 months arrears which have bee paid up in full before reactivating my line.
Step 8
I laugh at stupidity.
