I am embarrassed to be a Vodacom Customer

In August last year, I cancelled my data contract with Vodacom, as per the credit act, I gave 20 days notice. I only realised in December I was still being charged for the data. I have made numerous calls, sent emails and yet every month I get my statement and they are still charging me. I keep getting told, someone will call you, I don't need someone to call me, I just want them to sort it out, I don't care about their internal **** and procedures, but it appears they are either too stupid or too ***********. For an international company this is shocking service. They can keep the R440 they stole from me, but surely they could sort out the rest from Jan until now.
