I am disgusted in Vodacom....

I would like to express extreme disgust in the manner that I have been treated by Vodacom over the last week. This matter is now far beyond my simple request to migrate my contract. We are now at a point where I have been totally ignored as a customer, I have been treated with the utmost disrespect and have been told continuous lies which has now brought me to a point of speaking to you directly. Please allow me to put this in context: On the 05th May 2016, I called the 111 number and requested my package to be migrated. This call was made between 13H45 and 14H00 on the day in question. On this call, the agent that ***isted me gave me a breakdown of the respective minutes, data, sms and price of the new package that I migrated to. He had confirmed that everything was in order on his side and on the 01st May 2016, the migration will take effect. I then asked the agent if I should go into a Vodacom shop to sign any papers or perhaps email any other do***entation to finalise this migration. His response to me was NO, everything is fine and the migration will take effect on the 01st May 2016. This did not happen. I then called the 111 again and your Customer Service told me that there are no records of any migration that was to take place. I then lodged a service request of which has been, somewhat, investigated. A lady by the name of Susana had audited the call and admitted to me that the fault was on Vodacom’s side and she will try her best to get the matter resolved. I have not heard from her since and my migration has still not taken place. Furthermore, I have spoken to so many people at your Customer Service Centre and no one is able to provide me with any type of resolution. It is important note that I have started my own business recently and have planned very carefully. My planning has included talk time minutes and the need for much more than my current package offered me, hence the reason for me wanting to upgrade. The fact that this migration has not taking place is having a negative effect on my business even though I followed your procedure by calling 1 month in advance for package migrations. This is unfair onto me as a client. This package was approved on the 05th May 2016 and I do not see what the issue is with being unable to resolve this issue. I have sent an email to the CEO, Shameel Joosub, and I am patianetly awaiting some form of customer resolution as the Customer Service team has displayed nothing more than incompetence.
