I am being ****** by a Vodacom division
On my first day back in the country I was looking to fix my old phone that had a touch screen problem due to water damage, before I left. So I found this Vodacom shop that repairs phones and sells them in Hillcrest Christians Village centre. They happily took my phone in for to be fixed and assured that it will be fixed, I was requested to pay a deposit which I happily paid in cash, understanding it will be fixed.
A week later I was called and told it cannot be fixed. I then return to the shop to pick up my phone and the return of my money as my phone could not be fixed. To find my phone was cracked and had glue around with the screen displaced, nevertheless after a few words I took it back. My money was supposedly refunded but it has been over a month back and forth with the manager Naadia Khan and nothing reflects as they say.
Nadia Khan suggests it is my problem with the bank to fix and nothing to do with her. The refund electronic transaction was done on 22 September 2018 and till today I await my money for a job they didn’t do but made worse.
