I absolutely HATE Vodadom

Vodacom is literally Eskoms sibling! The call center is pathetic and the service has deteriorated immensely. I have had the same contract 082 number for 15/20 years and they just couldn't care less about their clients. To get hold of anyone for help is an absolute nightmare!!! I had ***** on my account which was dealt with after countless phone calls and actually walking into Bellville head office and demanding assistance. That was in December. After that I instructed them to carry on with my debit order as it was before and everything seemed fine. Now in February 2020 my phone has been blocked due to no payment. I call the stupid call centre and am told that 3 months of payment will come off, I said I cannot afford that and I DID NOT cancel my debit order (Why would I, I need my phone)... Today they debited R1670

Vodacom I cannot actually deal with you or your *********** staff AND MANAGEMENT any more. Wake up and do your job! Provide the service you have so much money advertising with your client's money.
