May I know why Vodacom continued deducting this amount R464 when I called yesterday and queried this amount of which they told me that there were digital subscription that I didn't subscribe to. They promised to cancel but looks like they didn't. Can you refund me please? First it was the unauthorized upgrade now digital content that I didn't subscribe for? What exactly do you want from me Vodacom?
