Hustle to cancel a contract even though notice was given

My contract expired in April 2023 called Vodacom *** a month before to cancell but to my surprise they added products that I did not ask for and some *****ulent activities even happened on my account, no one seems to know how to cancell a contact at Vodacom, I've been calling everyday, it's almost a year now and no one is assisting me. I regret the day I became their customer. I demand assitence today. ****mers
