Do not bother logging a complaint on hello peter or anywhere for that matter as vodacom could not care less about their clients. Been waiting two weeks for someone to contact me, been calling the store countless times. One can not complain about the service cause there is absolutely nothing. If you want to do business with vodacom then expect to hurry up and wait, You are a zero on their list. When they take your money then boy they are quick, once you have a issue you are the lowest of low and regarded as filth. From store level, to customer care and please lets not forget about their head office. People go to different stores to seek help as Springs mall staff are rude obnoxious and of no service.
