Hunky Dory Vodacom Story (AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!)

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I found my airtime drained by mid-month every month and couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting my allotted airtime and why it drained so fast when I never call anyone. Turns out that there is a Hunky Dory **** which takes R10 off my airtime every day of the month, robbing me. I NEVER ACTIVATED IT OR EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS.

I called customer support and the lady was insulting me and totally unhelpful. Rude in general.

I have been ****** for months now and received no help when I tried to solve the problem.

Reviewer Update
Dear Vodacom,

As of the 19th of February I have again been charged for Hunky Dory. At the time of writing the amount is R690 for February alone. I have just logged into live.vodafone.com and according to your website I am not subscribed to any content services and they have been blocked from my account since last year. However Hunky Dory appears on my bill none the less.
To your comment: "all VLIVE services and subscriptions are activated/initiated from your device and sim" I never subscribed to Hunky Dory voluntarily. The service advisor told me this was impossible however I would love to hear the explanation of how I am being charged for a "service" I am currently not subscribed to. Notwithstanding this it should be impossible for anyone to subscribe to Hunky Dory as it is well known that the service that goes by the name of Hunky Dory in fact offers no service but is a ****. Vodacom has been made aware of this and the fact it is still around means by their own incompetence Vodacom is facilitating a ****.
