Hunkey Dory

I explained to a Vodacom call center consultant yesterday that I know nothing about a Hunkey Dory subscription and therefore requested a refund but was told that I subscribed to this service and at my request it can be cancelled.

I want my refund for all the months and days that I have had my airtime disappear.
