HUMILIATING SERVICES FROM ARC VODACOM
I took my samsung galaxy A8O in for faulty camera over 6 times... same fault Vodacom keep sending it back. I even gave video evidence af the fault .. It keeps coming back. And all they say is it passed QA, WHAT IS QA IF MY PHONE STILL COMES BACK THE SAME... To MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE DEVICE IS DISContinue!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL ALOT OF IF NOT MOST WERE TAKEN BACK...
HOW I DISCONTINUE MY CONTRACT AS UNHAPPY CUSTOMER????????? OR GET BETTER SERCIVE SAMSUNG IS BEING MADE BAD BY VODACOM WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT ARC VODACOM TOTALLY USELESS
