Huge amount for contract which I never agree on!! *****S!!

Again, R707 for a contract which was R379, I received a sms that I can Upgrade, which I did, second month you took a lot of money for a phone, I use only for whatsapp, I load data, as I use more than lately. I never make phone calls, (yes I phone the gate where I stay "open" - never send sms. But I had to pay this huge amount, second month I left in the dark, as their is no money to buy pre paid electricity no money for groceries - you feel absolutely nothing for your customers.I am a loyal customer for many years, but this contract I never agree on this huge amount, as I know my budget!!! For the second month I had to suffer, due to the fact that you sommer take a lot of money from my bank account!!
