Huawei watch GT online order failed

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I first ordered 2 Xiaomi Bluetooth speakers and they not only took over 2 weeks to finally deliver it but then sent something completely different. I then ordered 3 huawei GT watches and my invoice was messed up from the start. Today I got a sms saying that they are out of stock and can't fulfill my order. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE especially because there is no way to contact support about this. When you call the number provided in the email with your invoice the agents are clueless and transfer you to different departments, one time I called I got bounced around at least 5 times.
