Huawei Talk Band Contract

MY wife took out a contract for my daughter almost 2 months ago and decided on the Huawei as it came with a Talk Band. After signing the contracts we were told that they are out of stock and will get this a.s.a.p. The sales lady (Kopano) also promised us a solar charger, which I was told a while ago has been discontinued and we will not get this. Up to date I have been there around 9 times, and over and above the service that sucks we are being told that there still is no Talk Bands available. I then asked that the contract be changed so we can pay the R100 less per month without the Talk Band, but according to them this is not allowed as the contract is signed. Part of the contract is the talk band, if I do not have this 2 months down the line, Vodacom is in breach of contract. So the contract need to change or I want the Talk Band immediately.
