Huawei P9 Summer Promotion

<p>Receive a R2000 Woolworths gift card with my recent upgrade to Huawei P9 through Vodacom. I follow prompts to activate the voucher, and lo and behold right at the end I get an error message that something has gone wrong and I need to contact Huawei. <br /><br />I contact Huawei - they claim the voucher has nothing to do with them & their name was used on a product they weren't aware of. Get referred to Vodacom. Contact Vodacom, no this has nothing to do with us, contact Huawei. So I contact Woolworths, surely they are aware of it because the voucher is for their stores. Nope, they have nothing to do with it & cannot help me. So .... NONE of the companies that are involved with this voucher claim to have nothing to do with it BUT Vodacom advertise the device with this voucher. </p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom, you should be taking responsibility here, as you falsely advertised this promotion then. But no, you allow your customers to do all the dirty work, phoning back & forth just to realise they have probably been ****med by their service provider. What utter BULL service. I sure as hell hope you will be doing something about all these individuals who were under the false hope they will be receiving these vouchers only to be ignored until they expire. <br /><br />This is a massive violation of consumer rights here. I've never had more disgusting service from you until this. </p>
