Huawei P8 Lite

I upgraded cell phone nr *** (my grandsons phone) on the 20th of August 2015. We were told that the Huawei P8 Lite is out of stock and shipment is expected 5 September 2015. Phoned again on the 7th of September 2015 to enquire when delivery will be made. Was told shipment has been delayed again to the 15th of September 2015. Contacted the upgrades department AGAIN today only to be told....Shipment has been delayed A******GAIN till the 18th of September 2015. Really!!!?? No communication from Vodacom nothing. Its been nearly a month. Order nr is U858899
