HUAWEI P8
I renew my contract 25th November 2015, got a HUAWEI P8, the sales lady put a tempered glass screenguard on and a bodyglove protector for the cell phone, I never removed it for you can't open a Huawei to remove the battery. My phone is my diary, office, booking and enquiry for guesthouse reminder, so like the most people it's my almost everything. On Friday 17March 2016, the Huawei P8's power knob were out of order, so to get the screen started, I had to go to the charger to get the screen working, I went through the weekend for I'm 380km from the nearest vodacare, the Monday morning the screen was blank, you could hear it was still on, but nothing came through. Luckily a friend was going down to Port Elizabeth 23 March 2016 and took my phone in it's box as when I got it, only the bodyglove was removed, everything in perfect order. Then my husband got the message that the Huawei P8 is sent to repairs and a few messages later, he got the Job number ***6, last week he phoned to hear were the phone is and they say, it has water damage and the screen was damaged, there is no way that either is true,They are asking me R4800 for a new phone which I hav'nt got, now who's to blame?
