Huawei P6 Repairs

Sometime in May I took a phone , which my wife uses, in for repairs. It would switch off for no apparent reason. Eventually we fetched it and a refurb unit was given to us, new IME number. Pretty soon the same thing happened. I then let my wife use my Samsung S4 which she never had a problem with . On 6 Aug I took it back again and was returned as R.N.R. I then put my sim in the P6 and not too long the same thing happened. I noticed that it loses connectivity and that's when I have to enter the pin number everytime. It happened a lot. This is unacceptable and it all happened with the contract / warranty period.
