Huawei Mate S

ervice received at the Vodacom Store at The Campus.<br> <br> I app**** for a new contract requesting the Huawei Mate S on the 12 October 2015 , I found myself going to the store on multiple occasion as the lady handling my request did not have the decency to call me when she said she would.<br> <br> After almost a month I was told that the phone was arriving on Monday the 9 November and will receive it on the day, not to my surprise I did not receive the phone or a call from anyone at the store .<br> <br> On the 10 November I found myself once again going to the store and was told that the phone is at the store and once the paper work was completed that I would be called to collect the phone . <br> <br> At 16:00 after not receiving any communication ,I went back to the store and was to by Lilian that the person handling my request has left for the day and she was unable to process my request ,as the person handling my request had misplaced the paper work , so after clearly stating to her that I will be on leave and will only return on Friday she did not even have the decency to inform me that she could not process the request .<br> <br>
