huawei just as bad as the company they partner with

so i upgraded with vodacom and recieved a P9 and a woolworth R2000 voucher, trying to redeem this voucher as been a horrific experience. calling vodacom a number of times and they dont even know what the promotion is about or how to redeem the voucher- within vodacom as its no ones reponsibility they just keep transfering you to another department and then put you on hold and nothing gets resolved.

then i get told its not a vodacom promotion its an Huawei promotion, so i call Huawei- have to say though they they answer their phones pretty quick but as usually huawei says they same thing as vodacom, Huawei says that its not their promotion and its vodcoms promotion and they have escalated the issue and would get a response in 24-48hours...if thats what to call escalation?

so huawei guess that you partnered with vodacom and their bad service rubbed off on you, its not your responsibility that i recieved a Huawei voucher and i cant redeem it right? i should wait for the right departmen to contact me. and you know Huawei what shocks me the most is that you dont even care that your brand reputation is being destroyed

so i dont want your P9 or want to be a customer of Vodacom

so all you people who are reading this i would suggest that you move if you are a vodacom customer and dont even bother with Huawei cos they just as bad- no piont paying for something that you dont get serviced for.
