Huawei Agent misleads customers

My wife decided to do an upgrade, she has always had a I-phone, the Huawei convinced her that it is exactly the same as an I-phone. What makes matters worse is the phone was taken on the 26/02/2016 and returned on 26/02/2016 due to a fault.
During the set up the phone request you to place in your gmail and password and then instead of proceeding to next menu it then repeats the same question, I returned the phone same day, and the Huawei decided to do the setup, to his surprise it did the same thing. the contract says that if this happens we have to then wait 7 days. Well 7 days later we still did not have the phone, then the excuses first after a total upgrade on data they give us the story you don't have enough data, how they new that at the repair centre of a brand new device when we have the sim card I don't understand. Then they said they found no problem the device works. it was then returned to Greenstone and we went there only to find the manager who tried to load the phone and well same problem. She then called and explained to them the problem is doing the same thing......
We were not happy with this device and I don't want this phone anymore
