I would like to raise my dissatisfaction with Vodacom on how they treated me, I had a contract that ended on the 19th of July 2020, I called them to say that I won't upgrade and I want it canceled, so they tried to convince me but I refused the upgrade, I called again in August and found that they never canceled and told me that I had upgraded,how I don't know I was put through a supervisor who promised to investigate the matter and will come back to me, till today I'm still waiting. I made a call today and found out the contract is still valid, Why is Vodacom forcing me to keep this contract, only them knows. I'm sick and tired of your *********** agents who cannot handle customer's complaints. You don't even deserve the 1 star I rated you, you're disgusting, pathetic and ******** towards your customers who feed you.
