HP Laptop Repair

I took out a laptop on contract less than a month ago with Vodacom and now it's giving me problems. When I went to the store to mention it to the consultants for assistance, the service was so poor and my query was still left unattended. I'm very unhappy as now it's an inconvenience for me having a laptop that doesn't work and Vodacom telling that it is not involved with repairs of HP Laptops.
