HP laptop hinges broke early on in Vodacom contract
We have upgraded our contract for a laptop from Vodacom just more than a year ago. Two days after the manufacturing warranty expired (this is just a year), the hinge of the screen broke just with opening the screen. This contract at Vodacom for a broken laptop is 2 years, meaning I have to pay for a laptop for a year I can not use. The laptop was taken in for repair, and that will cost R4000. Disappointed in Vodacom and HP for not making an effort to support a customer.
