This computer is still not properly working for me. So it seems its just bad luck for the custermar... I did not get any dvds with the pc to reinstall the ops sytems becouse it seems there is many support files missing. The ***** that phoned me the first time basically said its the custermars problem with Hp... I didnt get any documents with contact information.
