How Useless can vodacom get!

Vodacom is a far cry from what it used to be. They have offered me 2 laptop deals on two different occassions, when I accept the deal, they don't deliver and they don't even have the courtesy to let me know why it was cancelled. A manager by the name of Ashwin had called me and told me they will sort this out, but till this day everyone I call gives me the run around. When I phone them, I just get put on hold for 20 + minutes and quite frankly nobody there gives a damn or takes their time to help me as their loyal client. To think I've supported them and their high rates for more than 10 years now. I feel like such a fool but I've learnt. Never Again!!!!!!
