How to lose a 15 year long customer in 4 weeks

For four long weeks I have been extremely patient. After Vodacom incorrectly Upgraded my Business Contract to a Weekend Contract because of an *********** website I am still struggling four weeks later to rectify this.

Firstly my Business Contract was incorrectly "upgraded" to a Weekend Contract. As I was not aware of this change (my contract is by the way only due for upgrade in January 2018) I was now accumulating unnecessary cost, I was now making calls and using data out of bundle. This I was promised by Vodacom would be credited back onto my account, four weeks later and no credits, although they were quite happy to deduct the full amount at the end of the month.

First I was told that my Contract cannot be moved back to the Smart XL contract that it was on as this contract apparently no longer exist. Secondly I was told to migrate to a Smart L as that was the only way Vodacom can "fix" my contract. Only problem now is that suddenly my contract has been "upgraded " by Vodacom and I now have to wait until 2019 for my next upgrade.

Then to add further to this debacle, they are now *****ing my Voice minutes and data. The new contract started today - 800minutes and 1.49Gig per month, according to their website and my account balances I suddenly have 693 minutes left and only 0.99Gig date, just by the way, my phone has been on wifi all day. Further to that my data contract of 10Gig is already on 5Gig balance, this device has also been on Wifi all day.

Now what do I stand to do as I have been extremely patient for the last four weeks, all I ever hear after each phone call (minimum holding time is 26minutes) "we apologize for your inconvenience."

Vodacom - you have until Monday to resolve this - thereafter I will cancel all contracts that I currently hold with you !!!
