How third party got a hold of my prepaid sim information

<p>About three months ago my sim was converted to contract by RMCS. After responding to an sms about Vodacom VIP Special offering free R55 airtime. After realising this two days ago I had to ensure that RMCS cancels this ********** transaction, due to Vodacom refusing to assit. The real culprit here is Vodacom. I lost my talking points over this, how can they give this company my information and falsify an sms under Vodacoms name. Why treat us as fools after being loyal for so long.?</p> <p> </p> <p>I want the history of my sim card before it being on contract until now to see that my talking points are restored. I also want to confirm from what date my sim was registered on Vodacom and I want all third party adverts and information for adverts etc to be cancelled. What Vodacom has done is wrong and I want cer*****y that this wont happen again. We need to alert the Public Protector on this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been paying for a service only to be de*****ed in return. </p>
